Client Amazement Specialist

Brittany’s role:
It is Brittany’s job to make sure that LifeGuide’s clients are consistently “wowed” with a uniquely amazing experience! She is responsible for connecting callers with the right LifeGuide team member and providing hospitality for guests in our Mechanicsburg office. She also keeps client records accurate and up to date, as well as coordinates client events.

A bit about her background:
Brittany is a Mechanicsburg native, having graduated from Cumberland Valley High School. Her past experience has included various administrative positions, including her role in the accounting department at a local construction firm, where she worked for over 18 years.

What Brittany says she loves most about her job:
“I love helping LifeGuide’s clients in any way that I can. It is such a privilege to share in each person’s unique journey. I love that it is my job to make sure that our clients have everything that they need when they come visit us or call us on the phone. I am passionate about the mission and values of LifeGuide. I am so fortunate to experience firsthand the difference our team is making in the lives of our clients.”

Outside of work:
Brittany resides in Carlisle, PA, where her son, Micaha, and granddaughters, Maleah and Malaynah, also live. In addition to spending time with friends and family, she enjoys taking care of dogs, kayaking, and hiking in her free time. Brittany attends and volunteers at New Life Community Church in Carlisle.
